Every year, Fire Door Safety Week shines a light on one of the most overlooked yet critical parts of a building’s fire protection system: the fire door. 

This year’s theme, “Fire Travels Fast,” is a powerful reminder of just how quickly smoke and flames can spread through a building.

Metro Safety has developed a new service specially designed to help residential management customers fully meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Act, in respect of completing all necessary fire door checks.

 Following a successful pilot the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities announced the launch of the full rollout of the Cladding Safety Scheme on 24^th July.
